A New Method of TLS for Solving the Parameters of Three-dimensional Coordinate Transformation

Basedonbriefintroductionofthecurrentvariouskindsofmethodsforsolvingtheparame tersofthree dimensionalcoordinatetransformation,thedefectsandshortcomingofthesemethodsaredelineated.Aimedatsolvingtheseexistingproblems,wecameupwithanewmethodtoobtaintheparametersforthree dimensionalcoordinatetransformationusinganiterativemethodoftotalleastsquaresintheEIVmodel.Themethodonlycorrectselementswhichcontainerrorsinthecoefficientmatrix.However,italsoadjuststhesameelementsindifferentpositionsofcoefficientmatrixtothesamecorrection,makingtheresultsconformmorecloselytotheactualsituation.Finally,anexamplewasconductedusingthenewmethodtosolvetheparametersforthree dimensionalcoordinatetrans formationtoverifythefeasibilityofnewmethod.
