Design and Implementation of Call Center in the Power Supply Bureau Management System

  • 摘要: 介绍了客户呼叫中心(callcenter)的基本原理,分析了供电局设备保修的具体需求,提出了一个电力设备保修联动系统的解决方案。实践表明,该系统很好地解决了设备保修和用户投诉问题。

     

    Abstract: The basic principle of call center is introduced.After analyzing the practical needs, this paper puts forward a feasible solution of the power supply bureau management system.Practice shows that the system can measurably resolve the problems of the power device maintenance.
