模糊综合评价法在数字遥感影像产品质量评价中的应用

Application of Fuzzy Synthetically Evaluated Method in Remote Sensing Imagery Products Quality Inspected

  • 摘要: 根据人眼视觉对影像反应的特性,确定可以衡量影像质量的质量元素,以模糊数学理论和概率论为基础,采用模糊综合评价原理,提出了数字遥感影像质量的量化评价模型,并论证了数字遥感影像产品不同质量等级的隶属度函数;初步开发了相应的数字遥感影像质量检查软件。实验结果表明,采用本文模型进行遥感影像产品质量的评定是可行的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the responding characteristic of vision and fuzzy mathematics and probability theory, the whole model that using fuzzy synthetically evaluated method is advanced. In the model, the quality elements composing with imagery geometric accurate, imagery modulation transfer function (MTF), utmost imagery resolution and quality of reference . Farther, this paper advanced and explaining that quality characteristic value will have a different quality grade probability. Then an audit software-DOM-checker was designed and developed. At last one experiment that inspecting DOM quality by the software is made. The result shows that evaluating remote sensing imagery products by the method is reasonable and rapid.
