About the Evaluation and Compensation of Accuracy

  • 摘要: 本文讨论了两个问题:1)控制网的精度评定中,顾及起始数据误差影响的必要性。并提供了五个算例,它们都说明了上述问题的重要,并且否定了建立控制同时,传统上要求起始数据误差影响较多地小于测量误差影响的要求。2)当高级控制网精度较低时,是否需要"重建"?本文提出了以低级控制网的高精度来抵偿高级网的低精度,以及改变低级网布网形式配以相应观测精度等两个措施,从而认为"重建"不是不可避免的。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with the following problems,1)The necessity of taking the influence of initial datum error into account when estimating the accuracy of a control network.2)Is it necessary to reestablish the principal network when its accuracy is lower than that of the secondary one?For the first problem five examples have been given to show the importance and to negate the traiditional requirment that the influence of the initial datum error must be much less than that of the observation error,when establishing a control network.As for the second problem,two measures have been proposed,i.e.to compensate low accuracy of the principal network by high accuracy of the secondary one and to change the configuration of the network using an appropriate observation accuracy.It is believed that the reestablishment of the principal network can be avoided.
