矿山立井提升设备的位姿检测与分析

Pose Measurement and Analysis of Mine Shaft Elevator Equipment

  • 摘要: 采用Leica Axyz经纬仪工业测量系统与测量机器人TCA2003联合作业的模式,通过矿区控制测量坐标系和经纬仪工业测量系统所建立的测站坐标系的联测与转换,实现测量成果坐标系统的统一,完成对矿山立井提升设备的空间位置与姿态的高精度检测,并借助Axyz软件对各提升设备的空间位姿进行分析。工程实践表明,该项技术可以有效地解决常规测量方法难以完成的特征点不可见、控制点缺失、空间分析计算复杂等难题。

     

    Abstract: Joint working mode,which applying both Leica Axyz theodolite industrial measuring system and georobot TCA2003,is applied in pose measurment of mine shaft elevator equipment.In order to achieve a unified coordinate system measurement results,contact measurement and conversion between mine control survey coordinate system and measuring station coordinate system which established by theodolite industrial measuring system must be done firstly.And the mine shaft elevator equipment's space location and pose will be detected with high precision.At last,space pose analysis of each equipment can be done by virtue of Axyz software.Engineering practice shows that such technique can effectively solve many difficult problems such as feature points invisible,control points missing,etc.
