Abstract: Digital watermarking is a key technique for protecting intellectual property of digital media. A lot of watermarking schemes in DCT domain have been presented. In this paper a new algorithm in DCT domain is discussed. Watermark detecting using this algorithm need not the original image. The experimental results demonstrat that the watermark is robust to general image processing and geometric distortions.
