Prism Angle Errors Test Using Laser Point Source Interferometry

  • 摘要: 用激光点光源干涉法可以有效地检测光学平板的平行差,精度极高。本文详细讨论了如何将这一方法用于检测棱镜角度误差。

     

    Abstract: By interference from a point source the parallel error of an optical plate can be effectively tested. In this paper the testing of prism angle errors is detailed discussed.
