Fabrication of Inspecting Steel Plate Shape and Position System Based on Machine Vision

  • 摘要: 机器视觉在制造系统的形状和位置检测方面占有重要的地位。本文介绍了一种已应用于工业现场的机器视觉钢板形位检测系统的原理,系统硬件、软件和精度分析以及实验验证结果。该系统实现了大视场高精度形位检测,应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: The machine vision occupies an important position in the inspection of shape and position in manufacturing system. This paper presents the principle, hardware, software and accuracy analysis of a machine vision system that has been applied to workshop for the on-line shape and position inspection of steel plate, and also reports experimental results. It realizes high precision and wide field inspection of shape and position. It has wide fature.
