摘要: 描述了一种适用于遥感影像的有失真压缩编码方法。本文在对压缩编码方案作了简单描述后,着重对基于神经网络的矢量量化技术进行了讨论。Abstract: This paper describes a method of lossy compressed coding on remotely sensed image.A neural network based vector quantizer is discussed in details after simple description of encoding and decoding sequences.
