Abstract: Under no restrictions to δM and U₀,the authors established a generalized disturbing potential formula,which can be applied in the whole space outside the geoid, and Stokes Piszetti's T formula as well as SPHM's T formula is a special case of the generalized disturbing potential T formuls.
