Abstract: Based on many practices,this paper extracts the function linear independence of the vector of GPS synchronize baseline and demonstrates the geometry unchangableness of GPS synchronize network,thus Perfecting "Independence Baseline Method" which is often used at present.Throush practices,apparently,this research has theoretic significance and economic profits.
