Establishment and Application of Synthesis Evaluation Model and Software System in Urban Investment Environment

  • 摘要: 本文综合应用DELPHI法、层次分析法(AHP)、最优综合评价模型、广义量化方法及灰色理论,探讨了城市投资环境评价指标体系,改进了现有权重计算和指标量化方法;建立了城市投资环境综合评价模型,开发了城市投资环境综合评价支持系统。应用该系统对西南三省和华南二省区的59个城市投资环境进行了多层次综合评价及灵敏度分析,效果较为理想。

     

    Abstract: Comprehensively applying DELPHI, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), the most optimal model in synthesis evaluation, broad quantitative method and the theorem of grey system in thie paper,the assessment factors system of urban ivestment environment is discussed. Methods are improved to calculate weighed value and quantitative factors. The model of synthesis evalution in urban investment environment is established, synthesis evalu-tion supporting system for urban investment environment is developed and applied to evalu-ating for fifty-nine cities in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guanxi, and Hainan, the effect is very satisfactory.
