Two Dimensional Geometric Calibration of CCD Cameras

  • 摘要: CCD相机检校是CCD输入影象处理的一个必不可少的过程。本文对CCD成象系统的几何性能进行了分析,提出了测定CCD影象象素比例因子和象主点初值的简易实验方法。在此基础上,构造了一种同时顾及光、电误差的二维检校方法,井进行了相机检校实验。最后对检校结果进行了分析和讨论。

     

    Abstract: It is not a negligent process of the calibration of CCD cameras in the processing images which captured by CCD image system. In this paper,the geometric characteristics of CCD cameras are discussed firstly,then the experimental.methods of measurement of pixel scale factor and principal point are proposed. Furthermore,a two-dimensional on-the-job eal-ibration method which considering the optical errors and electric errors simultaneously is put forward. From the discussion and evaluating of CCD calibration methods and experiments,some valuable and useful conclusions are obtained in the end.
