Abstract: By using the Moore-Penrose inverse of matrix,this paper gives two expressions for the inverse matrix of nonsigular partitioned matrix ,where there are no restrictions for A,B,C,D.As the application of the results,this paper gives the expressions of C,D in the inverse M^-1=C+iD of complex matrix M=A+iB.
