Abstract: The condition of"slowly increment charactor" is first presented by Lenglart.E. and others in reference1,it is of important control role in the convex Φ-inequalities on martingale.On the base of this,the paper gives a necessary and sufficient condition for"restricted slowly increasing charactor" functions.
