航测在高精度地籍加密点位中的应用

摘要: 地籍测量发展到今天,需要用高精度测量方法提供所有地界点在国家统一坐标系中的坐标。利用摄影测量加密方法可以快速而又高精度地加密大量地界点的坐标,但至今尚未在我国得到广泛的应用。本文介绍了高精度摄影测量加密方法用于测定地界点坐标的原理、特点及武汉测绘科技大学航测与遥感系新近研制的可用于地界点加密的联合平差程序WuCAPS系统,并给出了"用摄影测量方法进行高精度地界点加密"在西安地籍测区的试验结果。试验结果达到了实地上±6~7cm的精度,显示了摄影测量高精度加密方法在地籍测量中的应用前景。Abstract: Today,in cadastral survey the coordinates of boundary poins are required to be determinated in the national coordinate system with a very high accuracy.Aerotriangulation is a well-known fast and accurate tool for this purpose,but it has not be windely used in China until now.This paper describes the principle and character of determinating the coordinates of boundary points by the use of analytical photogrammetry and the newly developed program system for combined adjustment-WuCAPS(abbreviated from Wuhan Combined Adjustment program System) by Department of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing at Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping.Some experiment results for xi'an cadastral project are given.The planimatric coordinate accuracy reaches ±6~7cm in the ground,which shows the applicability of high accurate photogrammetric point determination in cadastral survey.
