The Elimination of Imcomplete Reset Noise and Reset Noise of CCLID

  • 摘要: 本文采用两次复位的方法解决了"不完全复位噪声"的消除问题;在综合分析1728CCLID输出级的复位噪声源的基础上,应用相关概念分析了CDS抑制技术的物理基础、实现条件及要解决的实际问题;据此设计出了比传统的CDS电路1性能优越、实用、可完全消除1728CCLID复位噪声的CDS电路。

     

    Abstract: This paper has been solved the problem of elimination of imcomplate reset noise with the approach of double reset at first. And then, on the basis of synthetical analysis of reset noise sources at 1728CCLID output stage, the physical foundation of CDS restraining techniques, realizable conditions and practical problems to be solved have been analysed by correlation concept. According to this result, one new kind of CDS circuit contrived that performance is better and more available than traditional CDS circuit and 1728CCLID reset noise can be eliminated completely.
