Abstract: This paper first discusses the existential precondition and the implication of the definition of Appell-четаев in the first order nonlinear and non-holonomic mechanical system.Then it deals with the condition exerted on virtual displacement by restraint and the connection between the two methods of linearization of the restrained condition.In addition,this definition is derived from the condition which should be satisfied by the virtual displacement of velocity space.
