Construction and Validation of a New Model for Unified Surface Water Capacity Based on MODIS Data

  • 摘要: 考虑到水的光谱反射特性,提出了一种新的统一地表含水量指数(SWCI)模型,并通过国家气象局降雨量和台站土壤水对应数据进行了验证。本方法能较好地反映地表的含水量值及其变化,可用于大范围且快速的土壤水遥感监测。

     

    Abstract: In the study of drought monitoring,the retrieve of soil and vegetation water content is processed respectively.For the influence of vegetation coverage on the earth's surface,it is difficult to obtain soil water capacity directly by optical remote sensing.Considering the spectrum reflectance of water,a new model named SWCI(surface water capacity index) which combined spectrum characteristic of both soil and water is proposed.Through the rainfall and soil water data of CMA,the model is consistent with the contents and changes of soil water,and very useful for the rapid soil water content monitoring in a large area.
