Abstract: In order to make discretization of continuous space,it is proposed to use Voronoi diagrams to partition the space of interest into the domains of spatial transaction database.The process and the algorithm to construct the spatial transaction database are discussed based on Voronoi diagrams.On the basis of this,Apriori algorithm is taken to mine spatial association rules from the constructed spatial transaction database.A practical example is given to illustrate the rationality of the proposed method.
