Network Geographic Information System Architecture Based on Object-Based Storage

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于对象存储的网络地理信息系统体系结构,该体系结构由应用层、服务层、传输层和存储层组成,用服务器集群技术解决服务器提供服务的网络带宽瓶颈,用基于对象存储技术解决分布式空间数据存储系统的I/O带宽瓶颈。设计并实现了原型系统GlobeSIGht,给出了相关的测试结果

     

    Abstract: A network GIS architecture based on object-based storage(OBS) composed of four-level hierarchical structure including,the application layer,the service layer,the transport layer and the storage layer is proposed.In the architecture,the service layer uses the server cluster to solve the first bottleneck in the current network GIS architecture,and the transport layer and the storage layer use the OBS solve the other one.The paper have designed and realized a prototype GlobeSIGht,and give some related test results.
