Monitoring Damage of State Grid Transmission Tower in Bad Weather by High-Resolution SAR Satellites

  • 摘要: 分析了高分辨率SAR图像输电铁塔的目标散射特性,进行了铁塔横担人工覆冰实验,分析了覆冰横担的散射特性,提出了基于特征点匹配的铁塔形变识别方法。该方法通过Harris算子检测预处理后的目标切片图像的特征点,利用基于特征点分布的匹配准则,对同目标、不同时相的SAR图像进行特征点匹配,提取铁塔的形变信息。实验结果表明,覆冰后的铁塔横担在SAR图像中仍有较强的反射特性,利用高分辨率SAR图像目标识别技术完全能够监测覆冰铁塔及铁塔的较大形变。
    Abstract: The target scattering characteristics of transmission towers in high resolution SAR images were studied. The experiment of tower cross-arm artificial icing was processed to analyze the target scattering characteristics of icing tower. Feature points based matching methods was proposed to identify the tower deformation. A Harris algorithm was adopted to detect the feature points in pre-processed target images. The detected feature points of same target in multi temporal images are matched based on their distribution to assess the deformation of tower. The experimental results of tower icing and deformation experiments show that the scattering characteristics of transmission tower cross-arm are still strong to be detected in SAR images after icing.
