Abstract: The status and trends of the development of GNSS data processing technology were reviewed and the exiting systems for precise analyzing of GNSS data and product serving was studied at first,then establishing a general system for precise analyzing of GNSS data and products serving based on Web services,which would be set up making good use of the GNSS data processing capabilities of PANDA software,was proposed in this contribution. The design of the system was introduced and the products with according processing strategies were also given.
