Spatial Analysis Based on Data Field and Its Application to Land Grade

  • 摘要: 研究了空间数据场的特征,构建了土地定级数据场,提出了基于数据场的空间分析方法,建立了基于定级地价数据场叠加分析的城镇土地定级分析模型。以武汉市为实验区,研究了基于地价数据场分析技术的城镇商业土地定级方法,实验结果显示了此定级方法的可信性和科学性。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of spatial data field are investigated.The land grade dada field is established.The methods of spatial analysis based on spatial data field are discussed.A land grading model is proposed according to the overlay analysis of spatial data field.Taking Wuhan as an example,several methods are tested in commercial land grade of Wuhan city.The results are proved to be reasonable.
