Abstract: We a proposed a application-oriented model base system,in which objects or phenomenon and process are separately abstracted into descriptive models(DM) and operative models(OM) by object-oriented method.The concepts of model class and model instance were built respectively based on the analysis of relationship between DM and OM.The object-oriented abstraction,encapsulation and heritance mechanism was designed to make convenient for model application,maintenance and composition.The statistic model base system was designed and implemented successfully,and some common statistic analysis models were integrated in order to build a statistics model base system(Sta_MBS).
