A Real-Time Dynamic Monitoring Method for Complex Building Applying Sensor Network and Reality 3D Model

  • 摘要: 建筑结构动态监测是重要建筑日常维护管理的重要工作之一,如何有效地采集、传输和管理时态建筑监测数据是其中难点。提出了一种面向实时动态监测的建筑信息模型,该模型实现了建筑物建筑信息模型(building information model, BIM)、实景三维模型与传感器网的融合,服务于建筑物几何、构造和运行状态信息的综合管理;建立了基于传感器网的建筑结构时态监测信息传输、管理框架与方法,包括各类传感器网数据在下位机中的时态对齐与打包、基于JSON(JavaScript object notation)的传输协议、传感器数据在上位机中的时态压缩和重构以及时态数据的数据库管理方法。以中国江苏省南京市博物院老大殿为监控对象进行了案例应用,开发了相应的动态监控系统,通过系统演示验证了所提方法的可行性与实用性。目前该系统仍处于运行初期,未来随着海量传感器数据的累积,将进一步开展数据智能分析研究。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  Structural health dynamic monitoring is one of the most important jobs in the manage-ment and maintenance of key buildings, in which how to more effectively collecting, transferring, and mana-ging temporal monitoring data are difficult issues.
      Methods  A building information model corresponding to real-time and dynamic monitoring is presented, which realizes the merge of building information model (BIM)/reality 3D model and monitoring sensor network. Firstly, transferring and managing method and framework of the temporal-monitoring data of building are discussed and applied, in which the sensor data are aligned and packaged in temporal dimension in the lower computer. Then the transfer protocol based on JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), the data compression, and the re-organization method are introduced. In the upper computer, we relate database management methods of temporal sensor data. Finally, we use the audience hall of Nanjing Museum as a case study and develop a corresponding monitoring system. The feasibility and operation of the proposed method are validated and displayed in the case.
      Results  (1) The new building information model merges the BIM and reality 3D model, which suits the dynamic monitoring of the complex building. The BIM presents the detailed components (building inside) information as a base for monitoring the sensor network. And reality 3D model adjusts coordination information of BIM to geo-graphic location.(2)The framework of transferring sensor information includes an upper computer level, a lower computer level that can effectively collect and transfer monitoring information of complex building. Transfer protocol based on JSON working between upper computer level and lower computer level is exten-sible.(3)The temporal monitoring data with high speed and big volume have been significantly compressed and stored in the temporal database through the proposed management method.
      Conclusions  The integrated building information model, corresponding monitoring information transferring, and management method are useful to complex building monitoring. Currently, the system of the case just online shortly, more and more sensor data will be accumulated in the future and will be used to optimize and improve analysis methods.
