四维宗地建模及其核心操作算法

Modeling 4D Parcel and Its Core Operation Algorithms

  • 摘要: 传统地籍是基于某一时刻的土地二维剖分,不支持立体产权管理和时空权属查询,需要探索四维(三维空间+时间)地籍。四维宗地是四维地籍的登记客体,是宗地在四维空间的扩展,其创建、分割、合并与注销等操作是四维地籍最常用、最基本的功能。结合城市发展现状和地籍管理需求,分析时态产权特征,用UML建模四维宗地数据模型和基于拓扑数据模型的四维宗地操作算法。研究内容包括:①提出四维宗地数据模型;②提出基于"拉伸"的四维宗地创建算法以及基于分段时间的共享拓扑基元处理方法;③提出四维宗地的分割、合并算法。研究结果表明:四维宗地的构建为追踪产权的时空变化提供了理论借鉴和技术支持,也使得地籍管理向四维地籍迈进了一步。

     

    Abstract: Traditional cadastre is based on 2D parcel subdivision at a certain moment. It does not support 3D property management and spatio temporal query. It is necessary to explore 4D (3D space + time) cadastre. 4D parcel is the registration object of 4D cadastre, which is the extension of parcel in 4D space, and its creation, segmentation, merger and logout are the most common functions of 4D cadastre. According to the urban development status and cadastral management requirements, this paper analyzes the characteristics of temporal property right, and UML is used to model 4D parcel and operation algorithms based on topological data model are discussed. Research contents are as follows:① Data model of 4D parcel is proposed. ② The creation algorithm based on push and shared topology primitives processing method based on segmented time is put forward.③ Four-dimensional patrimong segmentation and merging algorithm is also raised. It is concluded that the construction of 4D parcel provides theoretical reference and technical support for tracking the spatio temporal changes of property rights and takes a step forward to 4D cadastre.
