Abstract:
This paper systematically analyzes and demonstrates the geometric accuracy of the domestic push-broom mapping satellite images. It is of great positive significance to the satellite mapping application and design of the follow-up surveying and mapping satellite. According to the geometric imaging mechanism of mapping satellite, this paper systematically analyzes how orbit errors, attitude errors, time errors, camera internal errors and space-borne equipment installation errors can influence the satellite image plane and elevation geometric positioning errors, and quantitatively analyzes and deduces the impacts on image geometric precision caused by these error sources. Then, geometric accuracy evaluation model and method for the domestic push-broom mapping satellite image are proposed. Experiment on the stereo images of Ziyuan-3 satellite shows that the theoretical accuracy obtained by the evaluation model and method we raised has a great consistent with the experimental value, which proves the reasonableness and scientificity of the model proposed.
