利用资源三号卫星影像阴影提取建筑容积率

Extracting Building Plot Ratio with Shadow of ZY-3 Image

  • 摘要: 如何快速准确地确定建筑容积率是当前研究的热点,建筑物高度是容积率提取的基础。在传统的基于阴影的高度反演技术的基础上,引入了一种高度校正模型,提高了高度反演的精度。利用面向对象技术从资源三号卫星影像中获取建筑物的阴影特征,采用高度校正模型反演了高度信息,进而估算了建筑物的楼层数量,结合建筑面积估算出了容积率。以楼层数为单位进行实地抽样验证,发现高度校正后的精度由90.213%提高到了92.375%,证明了该模型的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The plot ratio is an important index of urban land development intensity, how to estimate the plot ratio quickly and accurately has been a hot issue. Building height is the base of extracting the plot ratio, according to traditional height extracting based on the shadow, introduced a height correct model and improved the calculation accuracy effectively. Based on ZY-3 image, extracted the shadow features by using object-oriented technology, calculated the building height through the height correct model, got the floor number and extracted the plot ratio combined with the area of the buildings and residential district. Finally, the validating result based on the floor number shows that the accuracy of estimating floor-number has increased from 90.213% to 92.375% after the height correct model, which has demonstrated the validity and necessity of this model and the prospecting applications of ZY-3 image in extracting the plot ratio.
