Methods for Industrial Measurement and Basic Principles of Their Choice

  • 摘要: 系统分析工业目标的多样性,总列现有10余种工业测量手段的性质、优缺点和适应性,探讨选用工业测量方法的基本原则
    Abstract: In this paper a variety of industrial objects is systematically analysed,and ten methods for industrial measurement are summarized.For every method,its nuture,advantages,disadvantages and capacity of adaptation are briefly given.The basic principles for choosing industrial methods have been indicated.[FK(W10。40ZQ] Industrial objects are different in aspect of its size,shape,color,surface grain,required accuracy and speed of measurement,local environment and motion situation.these aspects obviously and strongly affect on choice of methods.The author also presents some basic principles of choosing method for given object,including best limit accuracy for some important methods,suitable occasions for industrial photogrammetry,suitable occasions for using augle instrument;methods choice for object with lacking grain (especially stressing the use of structure light industrial surveying system based on laser theodoeite with three freedom of rofation),the specific characteristics of limit errors in industrial measurement,methods choice for micro-objects and choice of method for motion object.
