摘要: 从地球空间信息学的角度概括了智慧地球的概念内涵及其和数字地球的区别,建立了智慧地球的体系结构和解决方案,提出了智慧地球物理和逻辑框架,分析了智慧地球的技术构成,给出了智慧地球的建设建议,为智慧地球的理论体系和实现模式的建立提供参考。

Abstract: This paper discusses the technical background of the smarter planet in the stage of informational surveying and mapping,summarizes the smarter planet's concept and the differences between it and the digital earth from the view of Geomatics,establishes the system structure and solutions,provides the physical and logical framework,analyses the technical composition,discourses seven key technologies for achieving the smarter planet,proposes the building recommendations of the smarter planet.It provides a reference for the establishment of the smarter planet's theory system and realization mode.
