Application of Grey System Theory in Image Edge Detection

  • 摘要: 提出了一种将邓氏关联度与经典的Prewitt边缘检测算子相结合的边缘检测方法。采用Prewitt算子作为参考序列,图像各像素点及其8邻域构成比较序列,计算参考序列和比较序列之间的邓氏关联度,依据邓氏关联度的大小来判断图像的边缘。仿真实验表明,该方法可以较准确地检测出有用的图像边缘信息,具有一定的抗噪能力,提取的边缘比较完整,非边缘点少,连续性好。

     

    Abstract: A method for image edge detection is presented based on Deng interrelatedness and the classical Prewitt edge detection operator.The method takes the Prewitt operator as referential sequence,calculates the Deng interrelatedness of the image pixels between the compared sequence and referential sequence in the eight neighborhoods,and detectes the edge according to the Deng interrelatedness.The experimental results show that the proposed method can detect useful information of image edge more accurately and has some anti-noise ability,and also proves that edge extracted by the combined method has more completion and consecutiveness and fewer non-edge points.The method is also applied to edge detection of remote sensing image.
