基于节点分组的P2P海量地形数据共享机制

Massive Terrain Data Sharing in Pyramid Hierarchical Peer-to-Peer Networks

  • 摘要: 大规模的地形漫游所采用的P2P机制,仅仅简单地利用节点的带宽资源,没有充分考虑数据的存储特点和时效性,导致节点优选效率不高,服务的时效性不强,难以满足高效的地形漫游需求。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于节点分组的P2P海量地形数据共享机制,对P2P节点进行按瓦片分域、按带宽分组、组内按时效分级的模型。通过实验原型系统的比较测试表明,本文方法的平均传输速率更高,时效性更强。

     

    Abstract: Solutions based on peer-to-peer(P2P) technologies to handle server bottleneck in Client/Server mode are promising for heavy terrain navigation in network GIS.However,current P2P methods only consider peers' bandwidth when selecting peers to communicate,and provide inefficient terrain navigation services.Storage characteristics and data spatio-temporal features are taken into account and a P2P hierarchical structure is proposed for the sharing of massive terrain data.Peers are grouped based on their geographical locations.Peers in the same group are hierarchical according to communication delay of each other.Prototype system is designed.The evaluation results show that the proposed method achieves higher data transmission speed and lower tile feedback delay compared to others.
