Abstract: In order to solve the problems of project consultancy,checking and management in the field of zoning,this paper explores the possibility of integrating GIS and ES,proposes the prototype of ZOMAN(Integration of GIS & ES for Zoning Management),presents its system architecture,and illustrates its applications.
