Abstract:
The design of the control network layout plan is the basis for achieving comprehensive optimization of quality indicators such as measurement accuracy, reliability, and cost, and is also the prerequisite for ensuring project quality. Using the analytic hierarchy process to design the engineering control network deployment plan requires clear quantitative evaluation data and a comparison judgment matrix between two factors. However, during the design stage of the network, it is difficult to accurately obtain its complete evaluation data. This paper studies the design method of control network deployment plan based on gray comprehensive evaluation, constructs an evaluation system containing 10 quality indicators, and details the acquisition method of evaluation data for each indicator. Taking the long-distance immersed tunnel control network as an example, the evaluation system and the effectiveness of the control network design method based on gray comprehensive evaluation were verified by calculating and analyzing various control network deployment solutions in tunnels with different lengths of 5.8 km, 7.2 km and 8.6 km.
