Generation of Voronoi Diagram Based on Genetic Algorithms and Cellular Automata

This paper proposes a generating algorithm of Voronoi diagram based on genetic algorithms and cellular automata.The method seeks the potential point depending on the capabilities of searching the global optimization of genetic algorithms.On this basis,it generates Voronoi diagram using ragular diffusion evolution and parallel characteristics of CA.In this way,shortcomings of vector generation methods are effectively overcomed.This method can be widely used.
