Methods for Industrial Measurement and Basic Principles of Their Choice

  • In this paper a variety of industrial objects is systematically analysed,and ten methods for industrial measurement are summarized.For every method,its nuture,advantages,disadvantages and capacity of adaptation are briefly given.The basic principles for choosing industrial methods have been indicated.FK(W10。40ZQ Industrial objects are different in aspect of its size,shape,color,surface grain,required accuracy and speed of measurement,local environment and motion situation.these aspects obviously and strongly affect on choice of methods.The author also presents some basic principles of choosing method for given object,including best limit accuracy for some important methods,suitable occasions for industrial photogrammetry,suitable occasions for using augle instrument;methods choice for object with lacking grain (especially stressing the use of structure light industrial surveying system based on laser theodoeite with three freedom of rofation),the specific characteristics of limit errors in industrial measurement,methods choice for micro-objects and choice of method for motion object.
