Approach to Improve Response Speed of Drawtube-Scan-Velocity Control System for TDI Side-Glance Aeronautical Camera

  • To improve response speed of drawtube-scan-velocity control system is a key point for TDI pendular aeronautical camera to increase the imagery time and obtain relatively large viewing field.A mathematical model of given velocity system which was used to limit saturated zone of amplifier in analog circuit was given,as well as the circuit for implementation,because the saturated zone is one of the major reasons for declination of control system's practical amplification that results in decrease of response speed for the drawtube-scan-velocity control system.The proposed approach was tested in simulation and TDI pendular aeronautical camera.Experimental results show that the response speed of the drawtube-scan-velocity control system was effectively improved.
