Spatial Analysis Method for Monitoring Land Value Dynamically

  • An integrated method based on spatial analysis is designed to monitor the change of urban land value dynamically, in which land deal samples are used for monitoring samples. Hot regions of land deal market can be analyzed by the voronoi diagrams of the samples of several intervals. The isolines by difference of land values between two intervals are used to show the trend of spatial change. The broken regions are plotted by the section's curve line of the isolines along the main road. The method was applied to analyzing the change of land value from 2000 to 2003 in Wuhan. It helps to overcome the deficiencies of traditional quantity analyses model in land value monitoring.
