The Implementation of Vector Chinese Characters in Windows Envieronment
This paper introduces the matrix vector transformation of Chinese char-acters for Windows.Non-scale zooming and arbitrary rotations can be realized,and the vector Chinese charactors can also be displyed by using various colors.The pro-cess to discrete points and the rectilinealiy method after edge tracing are introduced too in this paper.
