Digital Mosaicking Based on Dyadic Wavelet Transformation for Remote Sensing Imagery

  • This paper introduces a new method applying the wavelet transform to the mosaic of remote sensing imagery.Compared with histogram matching method,it posseses many advantages and deals with local field for great grey difference during digital mosaicking.Experiments show that,with the method suggested,the qualities of the image mosaics are quite satisfactory between definition and smoothness.
