Abstract

In order to solve the problems of project consultancy,checking and management in the field of zoning,this paper explores the possibility of integrating GIS and ES,proposes the prototype of ZOMAN(Integration of GIS & ES for Zoning Management),presents its system architecture,and illustrates its applications.
