The trigonometric levelling is a method of height measurment developed in recentyears. At present the investigation of the feasibility of trigonometric levelling to replaceprecise level in many other contries is with the help of test. This paper analiesed thefeasibility of trigonometric levelling to replace 3 order level in theory based on thespecific condition in China. Moreover, through the practice test it would obtain someuseful conclusions.
