A Solution of a Direct Geodetic Problem in Trilateration with Median Distances from Electromagnetic Measurements

  • In this paper the author derives a set of formulae with high precision for the purpose of solving the direct geodetic problem with median distance from electromagnetic measurements.The idea of this paper is to calculate the linear distance of two points at any altitude in space without the precedure of reduction by projection.They can be used to compute geodetic position by using the data of electromagnetic measurements from the ground station to satellites or balloons.
