Establishment and Accuracy Analysis for Guangdong Coordinate Frame Based on BDS

  • BeiDou data were collected in Guangdong ground-based augmentation system and the data processed using the PANDA software, developed by Wuhan University. The repeatability precision of the BeiDou reference station network can reach up to 0.37 cm in horizontal component, and 0.74 cm in vertical component. Compared with the Guangdong Coordinate Frame established by GPS, the accuracy of the new Guangdong Coordinate Frame, based on the BeiDou Reference Station Network, can be up to 0.50 cm in horizontal component and 0.94 cm in vertical component. This accuracy satisfies the requirements of the national second control network, as the horizontal, vertical, and relative accuracy must be below 5 mm, 10 mm, and 1×10-7 respectively.
