    Abstract
  • Theexistingtidalandoceantideloadingmodelproduceslargeerrorsintidecorrectionsforgravitymeasurementonislands.Ashortperiodtidalmodelcansignificantlyimprovethetidalmodelandgravitymeasurementaccuracyofastation,establishedthroughshortperiodgravitymeasurementdataatastation.Thismethodcanbeappliedtotidecorrectionsoftheabsoluteandrelativegravitymeasurements.Itdoesnotneedtidalcorrectiontoobtainthegravitygradientwithsimultaneousmeas urementscheme;thereforethegravitygradientisnotsubjecttoinfluenceoftidalmodelerrors.
