Material Space,Thinking Space and Cyberspace——Some Thinkings about Human Living Space

  • 摘要: 于空间的基本概念以及现代高新技术对人类生存空间的拓展,提出了"三类空间划分"的思想体系;分析了它们各自的特点及其相互关系;阐述了该思想体系的意义。

Abstract: Based on the concept of space and its development,we divide the human being living space into three parts:material space, thinking space and Cyberspace, then describe some characteristics and relationships among them. Finally,we interpret the significance of the divisional idea and draw a conclusion. In this paper, space is the philosophic abstraction of universe. It includes the human beings and their living environment. There are both objective reality and subjective existence in it.All matters and various processes and motion laws of matter constitute the Material Space. It is the object of human's consciousness.Thinking Space includes material base, thinking motion and thinking results. The main body of it——the essential aspects of the thinking mechanism and the form of the results are purely existed in the human brain, and the other parts can be embodied either by physical way in the real world or by digital way in a computer. The Cyberspace is made up by material base, the virtual multidimensional space and its evolution. It's a technique space. The three parts of the human living space all have their own characteristics and their special laws, but they are linked together and can not be divided absolutely.Considering the evolution history of the earth ecosystem and all the aspects above,we conclude that there should exist a kind of balance and an evoking-restraining mechanism among the three parts, and that, the human and their society can only be harmonious with nature.
