A CAD/CAM System for Relief

  • 摘要: 介绍一个具有一定特色的CAD/CAM系统——DMR系统。它采用模块化程序设计思想,各模块相互独立,用数据文件传递信息。在创成型面时有机地结合PB样条曲线理论和Bezier曲面理论,简化了其中的一些计算;在计算刀具轨迹时又采用简单快速的Bezier曲面离散法,计算速度快、精度高,能在微机上运行。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a CAD/CAM system for free form surface of relief,called DMR system,which uses a modularized idea for designing a program.Every modularization is independent,and transmits messages with the database.In creating the mould surface,a great many calculation can be simplified by combining PB spline and Bezier theory organically.In calculating the path of the cutting tool,the simple and quick Bezier surface dispersion method is used.It improves the calculation speed and precision.The whole system can be debugged on microcomputers.
