Using the Principle of Moment Balance Establishing Map's Visual Balance Modle

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于力矩平衡原理的视觉平衡模型,该模型将定性的评估转化为定量的评估方法。基于C#+ArcGIS Engine平台,利用3幅代表性的地图作为实验用图,证明视觉平衡模型的计算结果与用户的视觉感受一致。

     

    Abstract: Vvisual balance is the basic and necessary demand for the map's page layout design,and is also the representation of the artistic character of map.But there was the phenomena that the result of evaluation is disunity or doesn't have enough evidence,because the map designers use the qualitative evaluation method for visual balance.So,this article brings forward the new method of transforming the qualitative evaluation into the modeling and quantitative visual balance evaluation.The steps of how to realize the visual balance model basing the platform of C#+ArcGIS Engine is expatiated.The evaluation result of the visual balance model is proved that it is worthy of high trusting and precision by experiment which uses the two authoritative maps as the experimental maps.
