光致色变-感光性刻图膜

Light-caused Colour Change-Scribing Foil with Light-Sensitive Layer

  • 摘要: 一种物质遇光后即发生颜色的变化,从而形成图象的过程谓光致色变。本文是利用聚乙烯咔唑与四溴化碳和指示剂所组成的一种感光层。受光后,不需显影处理,即能实时显示图象。经过简单的定影处理后,就能获得稳定的图象,因此操作十分方便。此外,这种感光层还可以再生,即晒好的图形可以全部褪去,然后,又可以在不作任何处理的情况下重复使用。目前是将其应用于刻图膜上,使刻图膜层具有感光性。

     

    Abstract: The effect in which images occur due to the exposure of a substance that causes the change of its colour is known as light-caused colour change.The method described in this paper is the direct image display without development after exposure of a lightsensitive lager made of PVK、CBr4 and indicator.Stable image can be obtained by simple fixing process.So the operation is vary easy.Further more,this kind of layer can be refreshed,i.c.it can be reused after the previous image is removed without any other processes.Now it is used on scribing foils to make the layer light-sensitive.
